Please note that concert tickets are distributed ONLY during the tour. > Individual pickup at the concert venue (KINTEX) is strictly unavailable. You must join the tour from the starting point to receive your ticket.
- This product is non-refundable once purchased.
- The cast may be subject to change without prior notice due to artists’ circumstances.
- Seats will be assigned randomly.(The ticket number will be assigned randomly on first purchase first serve basis)
- The tickets are strictly for FOREIGNERS ONLY. Koreans are not allowed to purchages the tickets.
- Standing tickets are available only for individuals aged 15 and above.
- Seated tickets are available for ages 8 and above; attendees aged 8-12 must be accompanied by a guardian
- Each attendee must hold a valid ticket
- No partial refund can be issued even if you don't take a part of the package.
- The itinerary is subject to change depanding on local situations and traffic conditions.
- Lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed tickets can't be reissued
- Please make sure to bring your passport or alien registration card for verification
- You can't transfer the tickets to others (the original booker's name can't be changed)
- Bag checkes may be conducted at entry.
