They will be holding a sign with the tour name on it — please look for the sign and board the vehicle.

• Make sure to arrive at the meeting point at least 10 minutes before departure.

Famous for its tree-lined paths, birch forests, and as the filming location of the drama Winter Sonata, it offers a variety of activities such as walking, biking, and outdoor performances. Blending traditional Korean culture with modern charm, Nami Island creates unforgettable memories for couples, families, and friends alike.

*The guide will assist you with the entrance, after which you will have 4 hours of free time. Enjoy a meal or drink on the island and take part in various activities at your leisure.

*Our guide will assist you with the entrance, and the tour will conclude once you have entered the park.

After entering Lotte World, the guided tour will conclude, and return transportation to the hotel will not be provided. You are free to enjoy your time at the park at your own pace and return to your accommodation independently.

✔ You will receive a confirmation email 2-3 days prior to your tour.
✔ Voucher Information: Final confirmation will be sent to the lead booker’s email.
✔ If you prefer to return to the hotel instead of visiting Lotte World on the day of the tour, please inform the driver in advance. The Lotte World admission ticket will be included in your confirmation email and is valid for 10 days. So if you choose to skip Lotte World on the tour day, you can visit the park on your own at any time within the validity period.

• Lotte World tickets will be sent based on the number of participants in the private tour.

• You can use the Lotte World tickets within 10 days from the date of receipt.

• A minimum of 3 traveler(s) are required for the tour to depart. If the number of participants does not reach the minimum requirement, the tour will be canceled. An email regarding tour cancellation will be sent 3 day(s) before the departure date.

• Please arrive at the designated location 10minute(s) before the scheduled departure time, as the tour will depart on time.

• This tour is for foreigners and is conducted in English.

• Please provide the pick-up address for your trip. (Pickup and drop-off services are available only in the Seoul area.)

• If you don't have a specific pickup/drop-off location in mind, we will depart from in front of Amide Hotel.

(Even if you have not provided a pick-up address, the departure will be from in front of Amid Hotel. (Address: 38 Insadong 5-gil, Jongno District, Seoul))

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 4days in advance.

* Refunds

100% refunds will be issued for cancellations made at least 4days before the selected activity date. Contact HanatourITC customer service for any refunds

* No refund will be provided if any part of the tour is voluntarily skipped while in progress.
