  1. 7‑day Discover Round Korea tour

We just completed the 7‑day Discover Round Korea tour with HanaTour ITC and it was an unforgettable journey from vibrant Seoul to serene Busan, via Gyeongju, Seoraksan, and more. Our guide, Jay was outstanding—deeply knowledgeable, engaging, and warm; fellow travelers described him as “very knowledgeable and entertaining”

The itinerary struck a perfect balance between history, nature, and culture: we wandered through ancient temples, royal tombs, and hanok villages; enjoyed the majestic views atop Seoraksan; strolled through green tea plantations; and experienced traditional hanji paper-making

Meals were one of the trip’s highlights—each day featured fresh, regional specialties, hearty vegetable-rich side dishes, and lavish hotel breakfast buffets described by guests as “delicious, healthy, plentiful”

Accommodations exceeded expectations, with 4–5 star hotels throughout—including a stunning beachfront stay at the Grand Josun in Busan. There were no surprises in quality; what was promised was delivered .

Transportation logistics were flawless—a modern coach and expert driver kept us comfortable, with manageable travel times (often just 45–60 minutes between sites) so we weren’t stuck on the road.

Joining the 7-day Discover Korea tour was one of the best travel decisions I've made. As a first-time visitor to Korea, I wanted a trip that covered major highlights without the stress of planning everything myself — and this tour delivered exactly that.

Each day brought something new: exploring the ancient tombs in Gongju, walking through the beautiful hanok village in Jeonju, relaxing by the beach in Busan, and learning traditional crafts in Andong. I especially loved the balance between historical sightseeing and hands-on experiences.

The guide was friendly and professional, always making sure we were comfortable and on time. The accommodations exceeded my expectations, and the meals — especially the local specialties — were a great way to experience Korean cuisine.

If you're short on time but want to see the "real Korea" beyond just Seoul, this tour is the way to go. I made amazing memories and new friends along the way!

  4. Great experience!

Our tour was absolutely perfect. We traveled across various regions of Korea and visited many meaningful sites. One of the most memorable moments was visiting the UN Memorial Cemetery in Busan. It was especially touching for me, as a member of my family served as a UN soldier during the Korean War. By chance, we were able to witness a flag-raising ceremony taking place at the site, which made the experience even more special.

This trip wasn’t just about sightseeing. it was a wonderful opportunity to gain new experiences and connect more deeply with Korea.

    Thank you so much.

  5. Korea is truly a diverse and fascinating country.

Korea is truly a diverse and fascinating country. Although it’s a small nation, it embraces a wide variety of cultures and traditions.

During the trip, I visited several hanok villages. such as Jeonju, Gyeongju, and Andong—but the one that left the deepest impression on me was Andong.

Unlike some other places, Andong feels authentic and untouched, with real hanok houses nestled together in a natural setting. The harmony between the village, the surrounding river, and the dramatic cliffs is simply breathtaking.

For anyone considering a visit, Andong is definitely a place worth looking forward to.
